AnarchoCapitalism overtakes US Politics.

The coalition of the Conservative State.

The democratic unification of destructive conservative politics.

Just what do Republicans believe in? What do they stand for? Nothing they do or say is consistent nor stays for long in the political rhetoric of their party. They have become a witch’s boil movement seeking political gain amongst a widely varied conservative voters.

During the COVID crisis the Conservative movement called for bodily autonomy when asked to increase the US populations immunity pool through vaccinations. They protested vaccination requirement requests by employers and by the government with my body, my choice. Bodily autonomy or freedom was seen as the most important movement in a key Republican faction.

Yet, when Republicans decided that the major segment of the conservative electorate wishes to use a religious viewpoint to oppose the ability of women to choose what happens to their bodies the concept of bodily autonomy ‘does not apply’ and falls moot. Women are quickly stripped of the freedom to control their lives at a family level, any personal suffering and at the risk of the woman’s own death level by a Republican conservative faction. Here conservatives claiming that the State, alone, has rights to any decision when it comes to a fertilized egg, to force the incubation of the egg by the woman to term even before the State could possibly maintain or care for an embryo.

WomenforDemocracy-MothersAgainstGregAbbot https://www.youtube.com/@mothersagainstgregabbott

The Republican State has begun to remove the rights of others who care for women or help a woman in these heart-wrenching, both spiritual and physical, decisions. The Conservative State has outlawed and criminalized help for the women to physically travel from their home state or seek care that is not aligned with the Conservative State’s laws. These efforts wreak of a Conservative State which believes it has been baptized by divine Providence.

These are just a couple of the political ideals that have begun to appear as part of the coalition of a variety of conservative ideas forming itself into the Republican Party. This is not different from the wide liberal idea coalition that has formed the Democratic Party. The dangerous difference is the wide breadth of the conservative movement; The inclusion of Libertarian ideals as an integral part of the conservative idea movement; and The sudden increased success of certain extremist conservative factional ideals; has created a chaotic ripple in the fabric of the US political conservative model.

The overturning of the Roe v Wade ruling by a conservative Supreme Court stripped women’s rights at a national level and returned the debate on those rights to fractured local state politics. What has risen from this decision is a chaotic national fragmentation of rights for women across a supposed ‘One Nation’ concept for the United States.

What brings the discussion of danger presented by a Republican political coalition is the merger and fundamental inclusion of the Libertarian movement within the Republican Party coalition’s politics. Libertarians have not historically been part of a conservative movement. Libertarian-ism has in the past thought of being left wing and anti-State. The elements of Libertarian philosophy lie in a market driven regulation of the economy rather than by the State. Libertarian philosophy is rooted in classical anarchism that prioritizes individual liberty rather than any freely formed associations of individuals.

STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES – US Libertarian Party Platform

We, the members of the Libertarian Party, challenge the cult of the omnipotent state and defend the rights of the individual. We hold that all individuals have the right to exercise sole dominion over their own lives, and have the right to live in whatever manner they choose, so long as they do not forcibly interfere with the equal right of others to live in whatever manner they choose.

A free and competitive market allocates resources in the most efficient manner. Each person has the right to offer goods and services to others on the free market. The only proper role of government in the economic realm is to protect property rights, adjudicate disputes, and provide a legal framework in which voluntary trade is protected. All efforts by government to redistribute wealth, or to control or manage trade, are improper in a free society.

Republican Liberty Caucus politician records. The RLC formally organized in April 1991 when the 1976 Libertarian Party presidential candidate Roger MacBride called a meeting of like-minded Republicans.
Republican Liberty Caucus

Though most of the Republican members of congress ranked by the RLC would balk at being described as Libertarian the mixing of Libertarian political theory with Republican Party conservative politics is unmasked.

The phoenix rises; AnarchoCapitalism overtakes traditional conservatism.

The Trump Administrations and Elon Musk’s DOGE recent destruction of USAID foreign aid is founded in Libertarian economic policy. the opposition of taxation for the purpose of re-distribution is fundamental to Libertarian thought. Foreign aid is essentially a non-market action by a State that is enabled by taxation. The Libertarian statement; ‘People should not be forced to sacrifice their lives and property for the benefit of others.’

The Reagan 1980 Republican Party platform was not opposed to foreign aid and stated;

Democratic capitalism has demonstrated, in the United States and elsewhere, an unparalleled ability to achieve political and civil rights and long-term prosperity for ever-growing numbers of people. We are confident that democracy and free enterprise can succeed everywhere. A central element in our programs of economic assistance should be to share with others the beneficial ideas of democratic capitalism, which have led the United States to economic prosperity and political freedom. Our bilateral economic assistance program should be directed at promoting economic growth and prosperity in developing nations.

It appears that conservative viewpoint does include economic assistance for nearly half a century. Yet, the Trump administration has taken a radical approach of destroying all foreign economic aid.

Anarcho-capitalism is a political philosophy and political-economic theory that advocates the voluntary exchange of goods and services in a society broadly regulated by the market rather than by the state. The term anarcho-capitalism was coined by Murray Rothbard, a leading figure in the American libertarian movement in the 1950s.

Yes, conservative policies have long advocated for responsible government that is based upon fiscal conservatism. The idea of the destruction and stoppage of all US economic aid has not been a key focus point.

Jeff Bezos, owner of the Washington Post, directed that the Post opinion’s section would exclusively align with libertarian priorities. Coupled with Musk, Bezos is using his newspaper to advance the theories of Libertarianism and not democratic capitalism. You cannot call these two extremely wealthy individuals, anarchist leftists, but their activity is definitely libertarian political thought.

There are several types of political thought but social and economic theories have been used to separate the two political parties for the past seventy years. Every since Reagan there has been in Republican social theory a point on individual freedom.

A society … of maximum individual liberty and freedom of choice. Properly informed, our people as individuals or acting through instruments of popular consultation can make the right decisions affecting personal or general welfare, free of pervasive and heavy-handed intrusion by the central government into the decision making process. This tenet is the genius of representative democracy. – 1980 Republican Platform

Republicans have also been advocates that the capitalist free market economic theory was the bedrock method to advance any free and democratic society.

Free enterprise is fundamental to the American way of life. It is inseparable from the social, religious, political, and judicial institutions which form the bedrock of a nation dedicated to individual freedom and human rights.

Economic growth enables all citizens to share in the nation’s great physical and spiritual wealth, and it is maximized by giving them the fullest opportunity to engage in economic activities and to retain the rewards of their labor – 1984 Republican Platform

Anarcho-capitalism is a system that professes that individuals should be allowed use of free association for all matters now handled by a government bureaucracy. All decisions being made by what you would think as needed from a bureaucratic government would be made by those that own the rights to such a service. The basis for this is a market system that current government order and rules are run by private companies.

To understand the concept of having private companies/societies that regulate instead of government, think about the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). This society (one of many such societies) writes proprietary rules for pressure vessels. Their rules decide how the vessels are designed, manufactured and controlled. They make money off selling copies of their rules, inspection services and certification processes. Adherence to their rules in most states are cited in the laws governments made and all those using or selling boilers for heat, pressure vessels for air or other gases in those states have to comply with ASME and would get a visible stamp certifying it. An Anarcho-capitalists would say that there should be no government that forces you to use these regulations. The Anarcho-Capitialist would say that you would freely seek out such as your market dictates. Their is a similar concept in UL listed (United Laboratories) or ETL (Edison Testing Laboratories) in everything from waterproof watches, toasters, hair dryers and explosion proof equipment for hazardous atmosphere use. People would just stop working there or using your products if they blow up or electrocute you. You would freely use rules based products depending on the market. This forces the requirement understanding the benefit of certain rules onto consumer and is not dictated by government.

This concept is also true on the macro level for the Anarcho-Capitalists. Judicial and political power can be owned, sold, rented and bought. The society or company that provides judicial authority would be like a Western town sheriff. The residence would contract an individual or company of individuals to protect their towns. This lucrative contract could then be sold by the first company to another company depending on the terms of the private contract. The same concept is applied to judicial protections. There is no political bureaucratic system that appoints judges or police. They are locally hired.

This concept can be analogous to political power to decide daily decision like a city manger for instance who is contracted to run a city. The difference is that the city manger/company is for profit and owns all the rights within the contract to make all decisions. This includes employees that could be part of the company to run city required services.

The problems with this concept is that there is considerable power in the contracts at any level. Who has not watched the old western movie where the sheriff has gone rogue or the big ranch owner who hired the sheriff buys up all the town because the railroad is coming through?

Anarcho-Capitalism may sound good in principal, being free of a government bureaucracy but enables individuals to use market forces to acquire and monopolize great economic and political power. DOGE is an example of a private company hired to control and reshape the bureaucracy without input from the current system of people’s representation approvals.

These fundamental government principles are found in the Trump administration has allocated the effort to reduce of government staff and determine the efficiency of any remaining government agency to a semi-private company masked as an agency called DOGE. Musk, who heads DOGE seeks to further privatize the USPS and AMTRAK.

Anarcho-capitalism enables a few individuals to acquire immense economic and political power. The power Musk has suddenly gained over the government, under Trump, is an example. Musk moved at will to cut funding and Trump has covered his tracks by the removal of safeguards in our government against corruption and ethics failures by the removal of government Inspector Generals.

Some would claim, there are checks to the accumulation of power of executive branch. They would decry as alarmist any opposition but these are muted by two factors. The dissolution of legislative power by factional party politics and the gelding of the judicial branch first, by their grants of executive branch criminal immunity, second by intimidation through party line impeachment.

There are several types of governments that run nations in the world. Some if not all governments include both economic and social aspects of the societies or nations they govern.

China for example, has a Socialist-Capitalist government. There the governmental party owns all property and decides all social issues. It is often called communism but it changed in the 1970s to a market-oriented system. It has a hybrid form of Socialism where the the economic model is capitalistic in nature. Individual companies compete for markets and capital based on free market ideals. All the rules for doing business, retaining profits and social interaction are controlled by the single party government run by wealthy oligarchs.

Russia has a Oligarchy-Capitalist government. The government is formed and affected by a few extremely wealthy individuals in a free market or capitalist methods. The government decides all social issue but is controlled by a small group. Oligarchies are similar to a medieval form of an aristocracy.

One could argue that all governments are some form of Oligarchies, even the United States. Certainly the current Trump administration with so many extremely wealthy individuals in positions of power would ring at such a question. Republicans like to say they are capitalists defending the Republic against a liberal Democratic party form of socialism. Their rhetoric of denouncing the opposition party often uses social economics terms ‘Marxist, Communists and even Fascists. But have Republicans really become a recently evolved Anarcho-Capitalists movement resistant to a historically Liberal-Capitalist republic founded on the formation of political parties that sought by natural differences in interests real or supposed to establish a political equity among all?

So what does really all mean?

Libertarianism has often been considered a synonym for Anarchism. The dissolution of government in favor of the individual’s freedoms. If accused Republican party members will decry they are not an anarchists movement , anarchy is considered liberal or leftists. So why is it, as we began, Republicans hold that bodily autonomy is a fundamental right? Yet, it is no longer that fundamental right when the Republican religious faction needs to commission the state to enforce control over a female citizen’s body as an incubator to accommodate their views.

Republicans cannot answer those questions because theirs is a coalition political power party formed upon an anarchy coalition. Each faction of the party wields varying political power based on current cultural ideals. There are Republicans that don’t approve of the removal of women’s rights to bodily autonomy. Yet, they accommodate the inequality based upon libertarian economic measures or views that are offered.

Anarchy is defined as a society without rulers. Republicans under Donald Trump have become a party without rules. Trump would grab any idea and any political thought to keep the breadth of party politics as widely defined as possible to include those not truly aligned with conservative ideas.

James Madison President of the US

Anarchy is also defined as not only an absence of government but also an absence of governance. The Republicans party has no guiding leadership other than Trumps chaotic and wide ranging cultural visions. This has caused an extreme wide belief system coalition to be formed to hold onto power in the present day Republican party. As a party they did not form a ‘party’ in the sense James Monroe defined in 1792 essay. Republicans are unable to ‘establish a political equity among all.’ Republicans are unable or unwilling to ‘withhold unnecessary opportunities from a few to increase the inequality of property by an immoderate accumulation of riches.’ Republicans are unable to ‘operate a government of laws without violating the rights of others nor are they interested in the reduction of extreme wealth or raise indigence to the level of comfort.’ Madison’s argued that a government should help to ensure political equality, create an equitable distribution of property and refuse to grant special privileges.

The present day Republican party is in fact an anarchist vision with no rudder on its beliefs or empathy for those it would tread upon to retain political power. A power for the increasing of economic advantage of the few to indulge (or engorge) themselves on extreme wealth. Republicans choose to wield this power to favor one interest at the expense of another. Republicanism has evolved into the Anarcho-Capitalist’s vision of limitless property and the support for private institutions with significant economic power.

From Huffpost – The Party of Putin (in the United States)

I originally saw twitter response on Apple News link to a Huffpost article. Here it is from Twitter. We can never forget that Republican Party used its entire political power to allow then President Trump to lay the groundwork for Putin’s current war crime against European Ukraine. They promoted the dictator in their defense of the dictator wannabe Trump. Veterans that fought for Republican freedoms while they set the stage and ran interference to opposition for the huge tragedy in Europe today.

We must always remember Trump fought to promote Putin politically, upon coming to office immediately investigated how to and then reduced sanctions on Putin for seizing Crimea and provinces in Georgia. He refused to enforce sanctions that were voted as Veto-proof by a bi-partisan congress and attempted to get Putin back into the G7 by force over European objections. As the video exposes he held up vital military aid to Ukraine using political blackmail to secure personal power. Suddenly it seems the Republicans to be politically expedient have come out on the side of World Freedom after spending 4 years attacking NATO with Trump and using his America First and Only agenda to open the door for Putin.

Vote Vets Twitter Post

Thank God, Zelensky previewed the world his moral integrity and did not bow to Trump’s authoritarian blackmail. Because of Zelensky’s bravery he saved the US and NATO from impotence in Putin’s aggression. President Biden was able to reform the NATO alliance and allies then supported Ukraine with arms and funds. Now Europe and most of the World has joined in condemning Russia for its unlawful and brutal attack on Ukraine. May Zelensky save Ukraine’s freedom, too.

GLORY TO UKRAINE!

The Myth of .. er .. Trump

The myth: Trump has chosen his next life in the sky.

Even the gods can be tricked by a clever charlatan who appears to be pious and just. There is little they can do to detect a false ‘man of the people.’ who is unjust in his psyche. Now Trump crawls under the throne of Ananke.

As Socrates explains to Glaucon the choices and the character of the immortal soul of a political man are revealed in his choice of a future incarnation. Success, fame, and power may provide temporary heavenly rewards or hellish punishments Socrates explains. The fate of the chooser is decided by the choice of their soul after the meadows at the shaft of the rainbow..

Ruben’s Saturn devouring his children

The Party has, like Lachesis 1, declared to Trump – “behold a new cycle of life and mortality. Your genius will not be allotted to you, but you will choose your genius.” The Interpreter has thus spoken and scattered lots indifferently among all the souls of the GOP. Each can choose there lives of every matter and in every condition. There are tyrannies among the lives to be chosen, some lasting out the tyrant’s life, others which break off in the middle and come to an end in poverty and exile and beggary, There is every other quality, and the all mingled with one another, and also with elements of wealth and poverty, and disease and health; and there are mean states also.

He who had the first choice has come forward and in a moment chose a life of the greatest tyranny; his mind having been darkened by folly and sensuality. But as he has found this new life not progressing in suitable form, Trump seeks instead of throwing the blame of his misfortune on himself, he will accuse chance and the gods, and everything rather than himself. He plays out his philosophy as told by the prophets of Necessity.

Fearing his loss of leadership and the overthrow of his ability to draw more political funds and followers, The tyrant Trump has begun devouring his children so as like Saturn2 to prevent his overthrowing as has been foretold. No, we’ll not see pictures of a stew of fingers from Eric or Ivanka in the news but rather metaphorically with the disembowelment of the GOP leadership. The butcherous ousting of Liz Cheney who voted against his willing lies and deceit and refused to launder his Mussolini style attempt to seize illegal power. Trump and his cowardly GOP leadership have chosen to ignore the murderous attack by Trump on the Capital January 6, 2021 as if it happened in another country. They believe it can be forgotten by history as the brutality of slavery, lost under the propaganda of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. 3

Trump revealed that he has made the immodest choice of a future life as a tyrant. The entire GOP now is presented with their choice of the lots of their new life. As revealed by the messenger “Even for the last comer, if he chooses wisely and will live diligently, there is appointed a happy and not undesirable existence. Let not him who chooses first be careless, and let not the last despair.” Let not those who have come from heaven and never having been schooled by trial be in such a hurry to choose especially if they have not a sound philosophy.

Most curious, is the spectacle of Elise Stefanik—sad and laughable and strange; for the choice of the souls in most cases is based on their experience of a previous life. Like Atalanta4; Stefanik, seeing in lots of a new life the great fame of an athlete, is unable to resist the temptation of Trump’s golden apples.

All the GOP souls are now choosing their lives, and they will proceed in the order of their choice to Lachesis, who will send with them the genius whom they had severally chosen, to be the guardian of their lives and the fulfiller of the choices. Next to Clotho, to draw them within the revolution of the spindle impelled by her hand, thus ratifying the destiny of each. Finally to Atropos4, who spins the threads and makes the choice of lives irreversible.

Next the souls of the GOP are marched with Trump, as the first, in the scorching heat to the plain of Forgetfulness, which is a barren waste destitute of trees and verdure; and then towards an encampment by the river of Unmindfulness, whose water no vessel can hold; of this the GOP souls are all obliged to drink a certain quantity, and those who were not saved by wisdom will drink more than necessary; and each one as he drinks forgets all things.

And thus begins the lot of lives chosen by each of the GOP souls for the journey to last a thousand years until once again they are found at a mysterious place at which there were two openings in the earth; that are near together, and over against them two other openings in the heaven above. As was proclaimed for the Reich will America’s journey through Trump’s choice of a second life in the sky last the thousand years until once again there is the festival on the meadows? Virtue is free, and as a man honors or dishonors her he will have more or less of her; the responsibility is with the chooser—God is justified.

To hold Trump accountable –

would be divisive.

President Trump, left, greets House Ways And Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady, the lead author of Republicans’ tax reform plans, before a meeting to discuss the American Health Care Act on March 10 at the White House. Analysts say the GOP’s failure to pass its Obamacare alternative bodes poorly for Brady’s tax package.

A reason for not impeaching Trump

Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump. I condemn the violent events that took place at the Capitol building on January 6, 2021 and individuals who participated in these events should be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the law. However, any effort to remove President Trump from office will only further divide our country in ways the proponents have failed to fully consider. I will not support impeachment of President Donald Trump.

On January 6, 2021, tens of thousands protested what they perceived to have been election fraud and the failure of so many states to conduct an election in accordance with their own laws. Of the over 100,000 protesters who came to Washington that day to show support for the President, most were peaceful. They gathered near the White House, listened to the President speak and returned to their homes. Unfortunately, a significant number made their way to the Capitol and once there, several hundred rioters, looters, and vandals breached the barriers, broke windows and violently forced their way past police officers injuring many in the process. The violent events that took place were unacceptable and shameful and led to the death of five individuals. One of those who died was U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who valiantly and courageously gave his life to protect the men and women in the United States Capitol. In response to this tragedy, Speaker Pelosi has urged Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment on the grounds that President Trump is unfit to serve as the President of the United States. Further, Speaker Pelosi introduced one article of impeachment, asking for the removal of President Trump for inciting an insurrection.

Those calling for impeachment or invoking the 25th Amendment in response to President Trump’s statements this week are themselves engaging in intemperate and inflammatory language and calling for action that is not only irresponsible but could well incite further violence. President-elect Joe Biden has pledged to bring America together and be the President of all Americans. With less than eight days until his inauguration, President Trump cannot be removed from office in the next week. President-elect Biden should lead, and he should reject calls to go down this ill-considered path which will only serve to further divide the country.

We have great and important tasks to accomplish soon. We must focus on defeating Covid, rebuilding our economy, and uniting Americans around our shared ideals and principles. I am committed to working together with President-elect Biden to do just that. Thank you for letting me know your opinion. Let’s keep in touch, and if I can be of help in the future, don’t hesitate to let me know.

Sincerely,

The Response to Congressman Brady January 17, 2021

For a man who wins his district by 90%,  I am astounded in your statements of who has divisive rhetoric.  For four years, because certain Americans have wished for equal justice or medical care equity,  the man you are defending , as well as many who supported him in the Legislature,  have divided the nation by vilifying fellow Americans calling them radical leftists and communists.  This to condition, hold close and incite Trump’s base of voters.  Those very voters he threatens to and has unleashed against any GOP politician that would dare to temper him as he desires more power.

Those who have been arrested for storming and attacking the Capital in support of Trump we find are not just  fringe loners or isolated white power radicals.  They are Real Estate Agents, State Legislatures, ex-military officers, active duty police officers, corporate lawyers and Olympic gold medal winners.  Calling these  Republican voters as just  ‘rioters, looters, and vandals’ and dismissing the underlying reasons that they found themselves breaking the law is at best ingenuous.

My original discussion was not that Trump needed to be removed for political reasons.  It was because I realized and even wrote about it in my blog back in 2015, the warning signs of this ‘Man who would be King.’   He used the political process for personal gain and has himself become hypnotized with his power.  He turned decent Republicans, some maybe even in your district in support of his cause for this power, into criminals with his destructive rhetoric.

Trump has become the ‘ mystical medicine man’ to Republicans as Carl Jung’s depiction of Hitler was for the Germans.  You likely do not agree but ask yourself  how such upstanding individuals found themselves marching to the Capital and rushing police officers?  Why did they find themselves justified in walking past the broken glass and  destroyed doors into the Capitol while others were yelling for the hanging of Vice President Pence.  Why did they not do as you termed, just listened ‘to the President speak and returned to their homes?’  They were asked to march of the Capitol by Trump and said in his mystical way, He would protect them ; ‘I will be there with you’

It was because of this ability to propagandize destructive rhetoric and the effects on the  Republican party with its 72 million voters that I asked for his removal from the ability to hold office.  The continuation of turning the Republican party into this violent arm of his must not be allowed to progress over the next four years.  Trump must not be allowed to gather campaign money for his persona profit in a feign for a 2024 election run.

Republican party policies over the years have benefitted myself, no doubt.  I would live peacefully as my office colleagues would extol the benefits of Republican policies and senior management would support benefits for Republican candidates including yourself.   It was part of the process of growing American values and our democratic nation.   Of course, I do not agree with some of the Republican social policies from a standpoint of how God interacts with individuals and that the Government cannot and should not attempt to make that choice for the individual in some vain attempt to provide for their salvation.  I do believe in the right of the individual to pursue their own life and their own happiness in the liberty of our Democratic Republic.   I do believe this is best done by the representative government of the people of this nation as a whole.

In closing, let me rephrase my original correspondence.   I do fear for the destruction of the Republican party, even if you do not, and with it the danger to our Democratic Republic by this man’s quest for power.   The most vivid example might be found in the difference between the 2016 Republican platform and that of 2020.

We affirm — as did the Declaration of Independence: that all are created equal, endowed by their Creator with inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

 Vs

…had the Platform Committee been able to convene in 2020, would have undoubtedly unanimously agreed to reassert the Party’s strong support for President Donald Trump and his Administration

The Republican Party cannot become the party of one man.

January 6, 2021 The Trumpian Putsch

US Capital under assault by Trumpian forces January 6, 2021

“I would know by what power I am called hither “

Charles I at his trial January 1649

You attacked the sovereignty of the people by suspending the assemblies of its representatives and by driving them by violence from the place of their sessions. . .

Indictment of Louis XVI December 1792

The trial of Louis XVI, King of France 1792

Donald J. Trump thinks of himself or rather imagines himself as King of the United States. He has talked of his powers to his followers as he has honed them into a personal army that was loyal to him alone. It was on January 6th 2021 when the co-equal branch of government, the US Legislative branch was in session to count and certify the electoral votes certified and submitted by each of 50 states that Trump called upon that army to march upon the legislative branch in an effort to disrupt, stop and overturn his lost election to Joe Biden. The subsequent violence invaded the capital building breaking doors and windows to gain illegal access and sending the legislature including the Vice President running under the cover of guns and gas masks. The Trumpian Army retired from the Capital to return to their homes having succeeded for a few hours in the end in keeping their King without a certified electoral loss however, five people lost their lives from the violence.

Trump and his cohorts plotted well their physical attack by the Executive Branch followers against the Legislature Branch. Trump for weeks sent out messages on Twitter for the army to assemble. He stoked lie after lie about a stolen election even though he failed in court case after court case to present any evidence. It was his word alone that carried his Trumpian army into battle with Congress. Trump had a booth set up in front of the White House as a gathering place where he could speak to them and send them marching on the Capital not unlike Hitler’s march from the Bürgerbräukeller beer hall in the Munich Putsch.

The Munich Putsch 1923

Trump and his supporters, Rudy Giuliani, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Trump’s own son Donald Trump Jr. gave speeches of defiance and fighting the legislature. They used words like ‘trial by Combat’, ‘we will not quit fighting’ and ‘fight to the end’ to bless their followers into a patriotic fervor and saying only way to save their freedom and their country was to stop the Legislature in its efforts to certify the electors. They demonized the duly elected President-elect and Vice President-elect for months prior and used their powers to voice cries of being mistreated and lied to their followers about evidence they had obtained. They spent speeches in Georgia employing their last desperate hope would be for Vice President Pence to use powers he did not have to declare the States’ election documents false and anoint Trump as the true president.

Then Trump himself directed to crowd to march upon the Capital. He assured their safety as he lied to the crowd saying he would be marching with them. Then unlike Mussolini and his march on Rome, Trump got in his armored limousine and headed the opposite direction back to the safety of the White House under armed security. He would watch events of his attack on the legislature unfold on television in safety as if he had nothing to do with it.

generic limo photo

The result was a crowd whipped into frenzy believing they were under the protection of the President of the United States along their side. They were ready for a fight thinking they were patriots. Even called as such by the President’s Daughter Ivanka on her Twitter note as they began to storm the Capital looking to stop the Legislature from doing its duty under the law. Chants of ‘find (Vice President) Pence’ rang from the crowd as they broke into the Capital through smashed windows and doors.

So this is not a news story of the event it is a Blog post but the scene on this Putsch set out by Trump in his loss to Biden. It failed as Hitler’s but without the force found in Munich in 1923. Yet, the danger of the event is no less serious both in the reality that it happened and the political danger to the Democratic Republic of the United States. Trump has set the scene for years in exile and for him to build on his struggle against the unjust secret powers that removed him from office after one 4 year term. He as already called for his entire voting base of 72 million to look in the future and not give up hope on the struggle to save their democracy. Twitter removed his account calling that a call to arms.

Left alone for the next four years Trump will write his struggles in rants and posts. He will wield enormous political power as he claims he was wrongly removed from office. He has already begun to set the seed for his return re-election and for the end of the 22nd Amendment term limits on a President.

This danger is why Trump must be treated as Louis XVI or James I in a political sense, not the physical. He must be removed and banned not just from Twitter but from holding federal office ever again.

The Legislature cannot fight over it’s petty political scramble for any political power being left by the lost election by Trump. He is not going to anoint/approve a successor as long as he can claim the throne. That is not in his nature as his jailed personal lawyer Cohen explained to Congress a year ago. Despite the efforts of Mr. Hawley to usurp the Trump power, he cannot and now has blood on his hands for enabling the Putsch event. Hawley will become a pawn in Trump’s return by remaining a loyal officer in his guard of the patriotic army.

The Legislative Branch founded this Country in the 1700’s. Those in it participated in the writing revision and approval of the Constitution. Let’s pray that the Legislative Branch of the 2000’s has not lost sight of the true sense of Freedom and Democracy. Those founding members of the Legislative Branch formed the Presidency out of the need for a fluid Government. They fought hard to put in protections against a fraudulent demagogue who fools the common man. So now is the time for men to put Democracy and Country above party. The Legislature must protect our Democracy from these demagogues. The revolution is not in the streets but in the Congress.

From thinking proceeds speaking, thence to acting is often but a single step. But how irrevocable and tremendous! What a triumph for the advocates of despotism to find that we are incapable of governing ourselves, and that systems founded on the basis of equal liberty are merely ideal and fallacious! Would to God that wise measures may be taken in time to avert the consequences we have but too much reason to apprehend

On the RNC use of the White House

Republicans have turned the

White House Red.

The use of the White House by the Republican has indicted the entire party. The Republican Party is glorifying Trump using a house built with the use of enslaved Blacks. He angrily yells “we are here and they are not” and in that the White House was now owned by the Republicans and not remaining Americans walking on the Street. The Republican are practicing Schadenfreude almost calling for more riots to make their case. Republicans hide behind authoritarianism and IL-Liberalism while they fail to ask their elected party leader to pass legislation to change the local prejudice policies that militarize police, give them freedom from legal scrutiny after they commit violent acts and fails to provide for the environment that achieves equity of treatment. The Republicans have turned the White House Red

The call for the setup of a Democratic Dictator

Interesting isn’t? Trump is saying he want’s his followers to cheer the destruction of the 22nd Constitutional Amendment. He is starting the preparation for a Putin like reconstruction of the constitution to suit his continued rule. His fan cheer adoringly, not unlike those who cheered the speeches of wonderful things for Germany or Italy to come by the German or Italian leaders (and their party) in the 1930’s.

Trump makes references to Venezuela and Cuba to invoke visions of failed states to induce fear in his followers of something that would not and could not, in reality, happen. But Trump is a master of deception and innuendoes just like his 1930’s counterparts. Do not put it past the Republican sycophants when this happens to stand up for the destruction of the 22nd Constitutional Amendment. Just as Putin recently had the Russian constitution changed so that he can stay in as president for the next 32 years (life de facto), Trump will push for his followers to the brink for his individual advantage.

This, despite the fact that the Republicans were the emphasis behind the 22nd Amendment itself; but that was when the Republicans were quite different ideologically. Before the party began to embrace racial injustice against white skin color as a ‘good people’ cause. Before the party began to believe in IL-Liberal Capitalism as a method of sustained power. Reagan started a third term campaign that became irrelevant when he started having memory issue. There is little to stop Trump from reviving that effort to retain power.

In one aspect Trump’s prediction may be correct. The US may turn into Venezuela if the minority win party attempts to hold onto power for a third term with the dissolution of 22nd amendment by the Republican efforts. Trump will be the US’s Nicolás Maduro or if you prefer Benito Mussolini as the successor to George Washington.
